EL Play in the Park

Play in the Park, an interactive children's entertainment series, has become a tradition in East Lansing. Children and their families can bring a picnic, blanket and/or lawn chair and enjoy family friendly entertainment in a beautiful park setting.

Play in the Park takes place in Valley Court Park, 280 Valley Court, at 7 p.m. on Tuesdays in July. It's free! *Canceled in the event of rain or severe weather.

Storytelling with Karen Czarnik
Talkin' Tales, Tunes and Tappin' is a fun collection of stories and songs that help audiences play a part in the program. Join Karen for laughs and lyrics that will have you giggling and tapping all the way home!

Meet live animals, from snakes to birds, that you can find in your local park. Learn how to seek out native plants and animals by looking and listening!
