Edgewood Village Community Rummage Sale and Fundraiser
On Saturday, September 16th from 9am-4pm Edgewood Village residents and staff are hosting a Community Rummage Sale and Fundraiser. The purpose of the event is for residents to have a space to sell items and for community groups to raise funds for programming.
Community groups raising funds during the sale include the Edgewood Village Scholars- a comprehensive college preparatory program, the Parent Support Group- a group that provides resources and support to parents in the community, and the Tower Power Group- a support group focused on adult residents who reside in the “Tower” apartments.
Funds raised for these groups will help provide access to educational and enrichment programs for youth, adults and seniors who live in our community. Fundraising items will include donated items, baked goods, dried herbs, and handmade crafts! We hope you can come shop the rummage sale and support our programs!
If you are interested in donating items, please see the list below of the types of items we are seeking for donation.
• Household Appliances
• General Household Items
Edgewood Village is a 501C3 non-profit so donations are tax deductible. Anything remaining after the sale will be placed in our community FREE STORE or donated to St. Vincent Charities.
Donations can be dropped off from September 11th through the 15th at the Village Network Center. Please see below for our hours of operation and address. Thank you for your consideration.
