East Lansing residents are invited to attend a Tree Trimming Safety Information Open House on Monday, Oct. 17 to learn about the Lansing Board of Water & Light’s (BWL) plans to make safety and reliability upgrades to its power lines and system in the city starting in November.
The open house is 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Hannah Community Center, 819 Abbott Road, East Lansing. BWL staff will be at three information stations to answer residents’ questions about the planned upgrades.
