Pump House Concerts: TRET FURE
A joint production of Goldenrod Music & Pump House Concerts.
At 16, Tret was singing in coffeehouses and campuses in the Midwest, then moved to LA looking for a record deal. Within a year she was performing as guitarist and vocalist for Spencer Davis, touring and writing songs. One of the most prolific contemporary singer-songwriters, Tret has released 15 albums and CDs. In addition to being a gifted songwriter, she has engineered and produced countless recordings by a variety of artists.
The Pump House is a neighborhood-run listening room located in the heart of the Bailey Neighborhood in East Lansing (368 Orchard St.). It is a converted water-pumping house built by the WPA in the 1930’s. This intimate atmosphere provides a comfortable and involving listening environment; it’s a very special way to listen to music.
We only sell tickets at the door. Suggested donation is almost always $15 (occasionally $20). All money goes to the musicians. We only do one show a month, almost always on Sunday evenings.
