Aaron Earl Short at Pump House Concerts
"His sharply honest lyrics and bluesy sound have drawn fans from around the country." - Chad Taylor, Cityview
We 'discovered' Aaron Earl Short at Folk Alliance Region Midwest this year, where he was honored with a Showcase presented by Chicago's storied Maple Street Concert's. We immediately realized that Mid Michigan HAD to experience his blues based, foot stompin' one man band.
Aaron will also perform at The MSU Broad's Acoustic Lunch, 12:30 the same day.
$15 suggested donation, all money to the artist
The Pump House is a neighborhood-run listening room located in the heart of the Bailey Neighborhood in East Lansing (368 Orchard St.). It is a converted water-pumping house built by the WPA in the 1930’s. This intimate atmosphere provides a comfortable and involving listening environment; it’s a very special way to listen to music.
We only sell tickets at the door. Suggested donation is almost always $15 (occasionally $20). All money goes to the musicians. We only do one show a month, almost always on Sunday evenings.
